Remuneration Committee Advisory

Remuneration Committee is responsible for ensuring compensation levels and packages for senior management are well designed to align with long-term value creation and shareholder's interests. The annual challenges faced by remuneration committee includes:
  • Review the peer group and competitive positioning of senior executives
  • Approves pay review, bonus and long-term incentives for senior management
  • Determines and agrees the fees for Independent Non-Executive Directors (INED)
  • Approves proposal to award sign-on bonus to senior management recruits
  • Approves the overall STI and LTI pools on an annual basis
  • Ensures that the remuneration policy is appropriate and consistent with effective risk management
