Riding on the success last year, Pretium conducted the Year-end Rewards and Human Resource Trends Sharing Session on November 27, 2015. In the past two years, Pretium successfully held the Year-end Rewards and Performance Trends Sharing Sessions in late November. During the sharing sessions, our Partner, May Poon shared the holistic findings from our Year-end Reward & Performance Trends Study each year, which included business performance, salary projection, bonus movements, headcount change and staffing trend as well as regulatory impact on compensation.
